History
Synergy Hip Hop Dance Company was started in the fall of 2004 by former Director and Assistant Director Whitnie Low (’07) and D.J. Leak (’07) with 21 original members. Synergy first started off as a Boston College exclusive on-campus group, but now performs and competes at various venues across Boston and the East Coast; and hopes to travel to the West Coast in the near future.
Synergy’s resume includes other college campuses such as Boston University, Bentley College, Brandeis University, Wellesley College, MIT, Babson College, and more. Synergy has also competed in the Prelude EC Competition, Kollaboration Boston, and World of Dance Tour.
Currently Synergy is entering its 7th year with 24 members and is very thankful for all the love from our fans and the exposure the crew has received since its establishment!
